Due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform customers that refunds cannot be issued for online purchases of leather shoes. However, we strive to accommodate other resolutions where possible.
2. Exchange Policy
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same item or a store credit, provided the conditions below are met:
- The shoes are returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The issue is reported within 2 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase.
3. Exclusions
We cannot process exchanges or provide store credits for:
- Shoes damaged due to improper use or care.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance events.
- Returns initiated after 3 days of delivery.
4. How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
